This is great. I didn't realize the copy I got is almost 30 years old; the book is in great shape, and the print quality is remarkable

"Desire is that animal that remains fit only through undernourishment. In evolutionary terms, failure is it's prerequisite, frustration it's generator."

A quote from Hisham's friend.

Is a collection of essays, some of which are very dated, but all of which are quite interesting

I stumbled upon this hardcover magazine in a thrift shop a couple years ago, and have just been picking up reading it. The first essay is incredibly engaging and interesting, that I'm not sure where the perspective will end up. Definitely recommend reading this for the beauty of its publishing, no idea what it's character will be yet though.

Sad this is the last one currently, it's JUST KEEPS GETTING BETTER. I'm still surprised such a "dumb" book has grabbed me this tightly, but Matt is doing a seriously impressive job with the larger world building here, and it's paying off. People were talking about a lack of focus in their reviews, I don't agree.
