I knew the format was going to go crazy even before I read it, but actually seeing it become this jumbled mess of narration, citation, and gibberish, I was still taken aback by it all.

There are three stories all interconnecting and interrupting each other and it's hard to tell really which one is the real one to pay attention to.

The last cliffnote crushed me more than anything so far...

This book is doing things to me. Beautifully written, extremely meta, funny in very odd and dark ways,and yet there's something lingering... There's a hollowness every time I open the book and before I know it hours have gone by. Not in the usual "lose yourself in a book" way, but in a "where has the time gone" way.
