This book is just as good as the last. Straight up, the gate chapter 2 was automatically like smutty… and its crazy smutty, like electric. In chapter 32 is by far my favorite and the most hilarious.

Honestly, the whole thing with Feyra and Alice in the ruins of Tamlin’s castle… like her description of what was going on with the whole “love” thing and what was happening was honestly weirdly specific lmao

So far, I can completely understand the hype behind this book and I almost actually cried when the whole situation with the elf and the wings thing. Also, I don’t think I understand quite yet why Tamlin is a bad guy. He seems just like every other guy that’s like a normal human…. But maybe I’m missing something 🤔

Imagine is you get a sickness that is not curable that you can use trade your human life for a vampires who lived a full one already… how many people would do that? I feel like people would do that even without having them illness that could take them out lol. Also, that thing where they have to get a personal effect from one of the vampires and she brings out the teeth!?!?? that’s crazy work lmao.

So far this book is super thought provoking. The idea that God is a woman and she has turned away from Mankind and is only dealing with women.

Ok… so far it’s been a slow story but now we are getting somewhere. It was smart of her to tell stories to prolong things. However, Musa-effendi coming in and telling that story is a low blow because I was ready to ride at dawn lmao.

So far, Ellie and Margo‘s little rendezvous’s real interesting. It’s so funny now that she knows that she’s not a gold digger. She’s like “oh my God we have to be together” It seems like lol.

The banter is pretty funny so far.

I can’t believe GP is trying to call herself liking her!!! But then again she’s not knowing what’s really going on 🤦🏾‍♀️

I’m gonna go ahead and make a prediction. I predict that Imogene is gonna end up in a love triangle between Tessa and Lily.

The book just started and there’s already so much going on!! I can’t wait to see how this plays out

Totally not what I was expecting but it was worth the read. It’s Little Red Riding Hood if Red was a survivalist queen living in a pandemic apocalypse, trusting her instincts over everything and refusing to give up — no matter how ugly the world gets.🤗

Honestly, I'm starting to think the Mayor might be behind what's going on. There are just too many little hints pointing that way, and it would make sense with how the events are unfolding. Can't wait to see if lim right or if there's a total twist!

Let me tell you, so far this book is giving PTA Panic meets true crime podcast, and I am living for it. As a parent, I totally vibe with Florence. Her kid gets accused of something awful, and she’s like, “Not my baby,” and honestly? SAME. I’ve been there—ready to fight a whole playground full of kids and parents because clearly my child is a tiny saint who would never throw hands (or glitter, or insults).
