This collection of short stories are incredible sharp, and unsettling. I really enjoy how well Bazterrica employs a unforgiving sense of horror to her writing. Needless to say, I an very excited for anything she publishes. She is a modern day continuation of Lovecraft and Sylvia Plath.

I am only reading Cat’s Cradle from this volume.

So far this book is so poetic, and listening to Toni read it via audiobook is so comforting.
