The way CG Drews writes horror is so damn good. Their writing is so vivid and disturbing and I love how they paint these truly creepy scenes in my mind.

Plus, I love how Laurie looks out for Evander, but is also cruel to him and won’t tell him the truth he asks for.

I love Evander and Laurie’s dynamic so much.

OMG. Laurie was attending Wickwood, AKA the academy from Don’t Let the Forest In. Same universe oooooooooo!

I very much enjoy Laurie’s antagonism and how he brings the anger and fire out of Evander, who’s normally such a reserved, anxious character. Their dynamic is great!
