The book really dives in, immediately pulling you in. I felt a strong sense of distrust toward nearly every character the FMC met in the beginning. But as the story unfolds, you see the friendships that develop feel endearing. This book kept me invested throughout as Medra navigated this new world.

A very slow… slow storyline, hoping it ramps up.

So far so good, the familial dynamic was predictable. But still interesting on how it will play out.

There’s a lot of POVs happening here, little bits of everyone’s background and secrets peering out. It’s intriguing so far.

Interesting seeing the other POV.

The bullying is insufferable, I need them to get pay back ASAP 🤦🏻‍♀️
