Okay, I know I keep saying I wanted something scary for Spooktober, but I feel like this book might end up being too much for me.

Cora Zeng is such a lovable character, but man this poor girl can't catch a break.

This is becoming a very different book than I was anticipating to read.

This shit is mad spooky. Definitely POV of what it's like to spiral and just hit absolute looney toons level of capital K crazy. Last chapter finished with me having goosebumps.

Have not been reading much this month but this book has been BOOOOOOOOOORING. Literally so far it's just British people at a funeral being British. Classifying this book as a thriller is like saying salt is a spice.
