So far, it’s okay, but some parts feel too 'USA-centric' for my taste. When you compare the same time period and similar situations from a Latin American perspective, what she describes feels almost trivial. I don’t know, I just couldn’t get that invested in her essays about her own life. I wanted to empathize, but honestly, I’m not even halfway through, and I really don’t care about some Hollywood celebrities
