We are back to a solid 3 stars. The book now has a plot and is actually very enjoyable now.

This book has gotten so bad. It’s truly just become corn with no plot.

It really sucks that every book is always the women not being able to contain themselves so they fall for the toxic male lead. What kind of message are we sending with these types of books.

It was great until we spent a chapter discussing a man’s “hardware”. The writing these days has gone downhill.

I really hope that it’s stays this course because it’s actually good.

Slow at first, but now I am very interested in the plot.

It was good until Roman showed up. I actually had to skip chapters because the man annoyed me so much. This book is hanging by a thread on a solid 3.

How many family members that the dark and broody villain can hide that will accidentally be revealed by a crazy turn of events in this story?

Wow, this just keeps getting crazier by the minute. It feels like someone just started writing and came up with the chapters as they went. There is no real storyline going on right now.

How many siblings can one villain really have that no one knows about?

The writing is horrible, storyline cheesy, but entertaining. I am actually enjoying myself quite a bit, surprisingly.

Was there really a sentence that said “ I was jealous of the dust she sneezed on”? I need to stop reading romance novels, cause what?

I am fascinated by Mel Robbins, so excited to read this book.

The good serial killer phenomenon started with Dexter, a masterpiece, and now we have a new installment to that “good serial killer phenomenon” known as this book. Sometimes I wonder the sanity of some writers when they come up with this idea, but yes, I am going to read it.

I mean, it sounds like every other hockey romance book. Corn with a side of very little plot.

I am addicted to Heated Rivalry right now, so am starting more hockey romance books.

Interesting, so far. I ran out of minutes on Spotify so will have to circle back to this book three days from now.
