I’m so anxious to learn why Michael and his friends hate Rika so much. They act like she’s a devil in pink clothes but she seems genuinely nice. It kinda breaks my heart that Michael has actually Rika but allowed other things to get in the way of that.

Chapter 18 - loved seeing Feyre have more feelings for Tamlin. This chapter made me wish this book had multiple POVs so I could hear what Tamlin was thinking and saying to Lucien at the glen.

I am pleasantly surprised by how much I am into this book. Despite my lack of fantasy knowledge I am still able to understand and image the scenes. I love the slow burn between Feyre and Tamlin. Tamlin and Lucien are giving me Damon and Stephen vibes which I am HERE FOR. I am obsessed with the details of the scenes making this so colorful.

As my first fantasy book it was a little hard to get into in chapter one just because I could not imagine in my head what was being described but then I googles some things and started letting my imagination fly. By chapter 3 I was ATTACHED. Now I’m invested and wanting to know more.

I hate the childish “can’t share my feelings” crap. These people are 30. Why can’t they just be honest about what happened and why they are acting like they’re 18.

My interest keeps going up and down. I feel like it’s maybe moving too slow? Maybe I’m reading too slow which I definitely am, but I am not as drawn in as I normally am.

The books plot is so interesting that it definitely keeps me wanting to keep reading. There is a lot of unspoken past for both the MCs which makes you guessing and wanting to keep reading. The one thing that I find not so great is that I feel some chapters/scenes get dragged out with random memories or just over explanation of how the characters are feeling.
