Ok in Iris’s POV, she has a southern twang but it’s hard to understand what the hell she’s saying

Currently listening to Long Shot and while the man’s voice fits his character, the woman sounds like she’s at least 50 years old! It’s like he’s talking to his grandma. I find it a bit odd lol. Ngl

I want Avery to end up with Cairo. Drew may be her best friend, but I don't like him. Avery liked him, and he liked her, but he was not ready to settle down so keeps her as like a back-up while he sows his oats (his words not mine). And he doesn't want her exploring, yet he's a man whore. I like Cairo. He is a player, but he seems to really like and appreciate Avery's fiery personality.

The way Sebastian spoke of the Binding and the effect it would have on Luna made it seem much worse than what it was. She had to spill some blood and drink it mixed with his, but that wasn’t too bad! Now what does this binding mean?

She feeds her dog, tortilla, donuts, rigatoni bolognese, and saag paneer. Also, California rolls and crepes. And then the vet tells her all those carbs can’t be healthy, she defends feeding him that shit, as if she isn’t at the vet right that very moment because her dog is sick…?

So, she can’t see faces but just KNOWS the vet at the clinic is handsome. And after seeing him, now she’s all of a sudden okay with having face blindness. Because of his gait and his handsome aura (keep in mind she can’t actually see his face) riiiiighttttttt

Sadie’s tendency to not accept help when it’s clear she needs it is annoying. Especially because she doesn’t have a reason to refuse. She forgot her purse at home and a cute guy offers to pay for her stuff; she refuses. She’s living in a storage unit because she has no money and her step mother gives her a credit card to use; she turns it down! Like girl, you NEED help. Stop refusing it!

It’s so obvious that elevator guy was referring to a pet and not a woman when Sadie was eavesdropping on his convo and I’m kinda annoyed by how far this miscommunication has went on. Because it’s so obvious he was NOT referring to a woman when he said “she just plopped down on my face like it was a pillow”

What’s with nobody wanting to make a wedding cake?

Ok not that taking an edible every now and then is like a terrible thing, but Harriet is a surgeon in training. I thought they were like very anti any illegal drugs….?

Who is this “him” Harriet and Wyn keep speaking of? She doesn’t seem like the type to cheat so I’m curious who this elusive man is that did or did not eff up their relationship

Why is Wyns sisters name Michael? Like that’s not a unisex name, and I’m gonna need some type of explanation for why the hell his parents chose to make their daughter, Michael. Is this a nickname or an inside family joke of some sort ?

Idc what the situation is, I’m never going to be down or find it romantic that a woman got down on her knees and proposed to a man! Sabrina getting on one knee in Central Park to propose to Parth has me in shambles! Girl why would you do that? Wait for him to ask you again, or just tell HIM to ask YOU again.

Okay I am a little teeny bit annoyed at the very clinical medical explanations Harriet gives for all her bodily reactions. Like yes I get that you’re a surgeon in training, but sometimes butterflies are just butterflies and not your nervous system attacking your organs

I’m kinda annoyed how he keeps referencing the beginning of his and Ana relationship as a “deal” . Even if she did agree to be his sub, it would be a contract. So him saying deal just sounds off to me.

Finally a book where the young girl does not think it’s cool for the 21 y/o college guy to be hitting on her!
