A few questions:
- how has this been written in a way that somehow makes me read it in the Brooklyn accent?
- how can I become friends with the MCs?
- how many highlights of this banter is too many?
- how do I cancel all my responsibilities so I can solely focus on reading this book!?

So far I’ve learnt Merritt:
- ignored Bea the minute she had a guy
- Allowed Bea to DROP OUT OF COLLEGE
- told Bea not to cut her hair off and upstage her
- lied about Silas
AND Bea is still going to have her kid? If this doesn’t end with Bea realising how toxic Merritt is, I’ll riot.
Silas actually nearly died, is still alive, wanting to be everything for Bea, yet there’s only been about 4chs on that…

WHYYYYY!? Is this toxic AF friend getting a legacy story thanks to Bea entirely upending her life to make it happen when it’s so clear she’d have never done the same??? And why do I know more about her than Silas!? May this type of friendship never find me!
