Not with the type of plot I normally read, this book is surprisingly wonderful and worthwhile! The plot line consists of a woman who is a recovering alcoholic who has been a follower of Christ for 4 months, and who meets a godly man who is the landlord of her tiny home, and who is not aware she has been an alcoholic and was in jail. A Light-hearted read for that heavy of a topic, I must say!

I love this book 📖 ❤️ It reads like G. A. Henty.

Apart from the drug-taking of Sherlock Holmes, I am really enjoying this logical, intelligent mystery short story! If I keep it when I am done, I will edit out all cocaine references and it will be a good book.

Did not finish. After reading some others' reviews, I researched the company of VOM extensively and found out some horrible things. Started by Mr and Mrs Wurmbrand, who were very godly, and continued by their equally godly son, it fell into despicable hands and quickly degenerated. I will never ever again support this now wicked company who doesn't even financially support missionaries, but splurges on themselves.
