Nuggets of good information here and there but I am struggling to get through this book.

This book isn’t as good as the other book I was tasked to read and finished prior (Healing from Hidden Abuse being the book that was much better).

So far, this book has had several typos that significantly alter sentence meaning, or just some that take you out of the flow. Speaking of cadence, the cadence is also not as palatable and is harder to digest.

Have issues with some of the psychiatric definitions.

“The truths that are hard to look at are the exact things a weary soul must see in order to be driven to change current life situations.”
