Patricia Rice’s story is my absolute favorite so far!! I was in love with the characters within the first 7 pages and it ended exactly as I wanted! The only issue was its being too short! :’(

The misogyny against Mercy just because she can have children with werewolves whereas female werewolves can’t in this series is already getting on my nerves. And the fact that women are too “weak” to survive becoming werewolves most of the time AND all the women so far hate Mercy except her dead foster mother and all but irrelevant human mother. I’m so tired.
