BAHAHAH I was updating on the wrong book…

Literally trying to chug through this book… it’s juicy juicy juicy

I’m speechless. Honestly, such a mind opening book and it puts so much into perspective. It’s heavy, and it definitely forced some self reflection so far.
I anticipate finishing it here shortly, but I had to pause and be like… wow… It’s kinda hard not to be so hateful to the past.. at the same time strive to do better…

Finished the cardiology chapter…to say I’m enlighten is an understatement lol

I think I have to acknowledge that I don’t know how to finish a book though….

There’s shifting perspectives but it doesn’t add anything :/
