This book would be more interesting is the show don’t tell principal was applied. I am having a hard time enjoying this book and I really want to but I think the Netflix show would be a better investment 😟

Talented author but what an annoying main character so much negative talk and self pity chapter 12 and nothing positive and I’m about to return this book. I think I would have enjoyed this book but I’m not into negativity

Meghan march is an amazing author. Having said that I don’t like romance authors who create unnecessary cliff hangers, so I only buy her books on sale or when audible combines the series to one book. I will give her credit for the beneath series that do not have cliff hangers and I will buy because it’s a complete story. Everything I read her 5 hour books worth $14.00 I feel like I was robbed!

Didn’t finish

Nice=boring. Nothing happens to the main characters relationship that I have not seen in real life. I expected high necessary drama because the title suggests that and I think this book could have used it instead it feels so real life which is nice but boring for a book. I want the incredible, fantastic things to happen to this characters hit lowest depths and climb to highest peeks. I wish I bought on sale.

First time Molly Harper has disappointed me. The main character whiny and annoying, also the book starts with sea sickness. I’m not a fan of descriptions of seasickness in detail I spend the day feeling sick and that may be why I’m not a fan of this book. It’s a shame since I love both narrators.

James Haddock write character that are interesting and I love his books. I have issues with the lack of details but that’s not enough to keep me away from listening to his books.

Omg!! What is going on, this is the best kind of twist and surprises I have ever read. I didn’t sleep I had to finish it.
Unfortunately if I say anything it will ruin the book. However buy this one best sci-fi ever!

How is this book 1 it feels like I walk in mid - conversation. New characters keep appearing without any background.

Slow start but omg but a twist!!! It’s so exciting towards the end!

Better narrator and book but still no magic. This couple are just ordinary I like to read about people and places I’m not familiar with.

Not for me. I need good people to be happy. I know realistically it is not the way the world work but that why fiction exist. Unless book two is happy I am done with author. I read to escape and find happiness for a few hours.

I love this series. I connected with all the different characters. It’s the only Nora Roberts series I have ever enjoyed but it’s a must re- read at a minimum annually, but I miss the characters so much that read it more often than that. I wish she would write a book about the baby Sam or the hornblowers came to the 20th century.

Unfortunately the flow of the story is ruined by back flash.

Good story. Sadly they changed the narrator and her kids voices sounds like a bad cartoon. Her Scottish accent is the worst I have had.

Story is great but writing style SUCK!! Start and Stop style is annoying just when a character gets interesting chapter ends and it’s the segment of another woman’s life. For me the lack of continuity is frustrating. I was going to give this book five stars but unfortunately, it will get 2 stars and my money back because I will never read it again. I need my stories to flow.
