Not a good start. We've been jumping to different times and yes the author is doing the 'tell rather than show'

Feel like I am trying to not lose my energy to even get through the first chapter. Hana sounds like a Mary sue already

And a massive exposition dump starting us off

Ok she is supposed to be six year old. The boys are probably the same or close in age. Why are they already flirting with her.

I feel its a one sided friendship between them now, seeing as she can barely talk to them. No talk of learning sign language. Just paper and pen for her to constantly write on

Not sure yet. I like the idea of someone learning magic even if they supposedly is missing components to spellcast.

But I am afraid this story will not have any deeper dive into the magic system.

Like they talk about how magic is not doable without a voice but our heroine is already casting magic without a voice. How? No explanation besides 'she has memories of her past life'

I wished there were more to it

So far it's been an interesting story. There are alot of characters but they are fleshed out during the read.

I do however find myself ... That I'm finding one to be hard to click with. Gonna finish the book first though

Im currently considering not continue with this series. Its ok but I am getting off vibes by how often MC is getting flirted with by adults. She's 13 years old and no its not something I can ignore.

Sadly I feel the author is thinking this flattering for MC but i cant ignore shes 13 years old

I'm not sure how well I'm enjoying this. Ots easy to read through. Though I am finding myself bored with our main character. She leaves the same impression as a wet paper bag does.

Would help if she had any other friends around her besides the prince and co.

It's different from what I've read in fantasy. There are alot of people, places and background info that isn't fully explained yet.
But I am liking the characters and I feel like I want to learn more of this world

This is a very long book. But I am enjoying the world building, our main characters outlook on cultivation and his relationship with various other characters.

So far I'm liking it. The mc is understandable completely consumed by his quest for revenge and keeps missing signs around him.

Oh mi gosh this is hilarious. Im dying of laughter. The tension just went *slap*

A-Qing is the VIP. Shes so badass and her story made me cry. Love it so much

I really like the story so far. Truths reaktion with his sibs and the horrible situation he's in to make a better life for him and his siblings.

Verkligen inte lätt att läsa. Karaktärerna är för ensidiga för att kunna tycka de är intressanta. Mordet har lagts helt åt sidan och mysteriet har helt övergått till vem eira är och varför just hon.

I överlag så ligger boken på 2 stjärnor just nu.

Tror jag vet vad som stör mig, det är att författaren gärna målar bilden för dig. Det är nästan för mycket målade dock så jag blir trött på att föreställa mig allt som författaren vill att jag ska se framför mig.

Det blir för många extra detaljer som jag måste tvinga mig att läsa igenom så att jag inte missar något. men som jag själv känner inte ger mig något för att förstå karaktären eller situationen bättre

Vet ej hur jag ska tycka om boken ännu. Känns för lik en svensk deckare än så länge för att jag ska känna mig helt såld på den. Inget fel med deckare, det är bara inte min melodi. Plus att det känns som om vi måste fokusera på så mycket av miljön att jag tappar fokuset ju mer jag läser
