A lot of the book is dedicated to thinking about investment. While I don’t invest, I’ve found some of its advice applicable to personal finance. The chapter on reasonable>rational offers the ability to give yourself grace, and sometimes act on your own intuition and “reasonability” rather than cold calculation- money is about decisions.
