I’m aware this is a Christmas book I’m reading in June.. this horrible hot weather is making me crave cold and cozy vibes

It pained me not having time to read this yesterday! Best believe I will be finishing this today though! I haven’t felt this excited about a fantasy book in forever! 😬

I’m lost. I done a reread of the previous books last 15 chapters and went over my notes from the first book & I’m still lost. How was blood bride 5 stars and this is just gobbledygook 🤯

Yes I’m aware this is book 2 and I haven’t read book 1 yet.. I know, criminal of me!! But have you seen the man on the cover.. I need to inhale this 🤤

Taken me a little while to get into but definitely becoming more invested now! Do I fully understand what the hell is going on, no. But I can feel a mystery being uncovered and I’m eating it up! Plus, I defo wasn’t expecting this to be political but I’m really enjoying that aspect surprisingly.
