I am trying to give Nikki the benefit of the doubt, but she needs not only to grow up but get in therapy. She is constantly triggered by Alonzo and thinks just doing her best to physically get away from him or freeze when she hears his name. I don't think she should have gotten into a relationship with Joseph not to long after Alonzo. Not to mention the way she did the JJ thing.

This is one fantastic book. I can understand why people are always reading and rereading this book. The character development, the story itself are very well thought out and keep the reader intrigued and wanting to know more. Well done Mr. King, well done.
