This part of the book is interesting because Bruce starts talking about which QB he coached was his favorite. He said Peyton Manning which didn't really surprise me what so ever.

Big Ben is a very good quarterback for the Steelers, and he has left his mark on the Steelers. Bruce arians talked about his work ethic and how solid it was. Every time he got to practice he got straight to work.

Starting to get more in depth of play by play in big games Bruce has coached. It is getting more intense towards the ending of this book.

What I read about today was about how important play calling can be in the NFL. A right or wrong call can change the whole entirety of the game.

Today I learned mainly about what it takes to be an NFL QB and it is a lot more than being physical. Being a QB is 70% mental and 30% physical. You need to think through every single play as much as possible. As well as memorizing the whole playbook and remembering it.

Now Bruce Arians is getting closer and closer to Ben Rauthulsburger and they are starting to become the dynamic coach and QB duo. But then Bruce gets a job offer somewhere else and he doesn't know what he should do yet.

Today Bruce Arians talked about how he first started coaching Ben Rauthusburger when he was a rookie. He was amazed by his starting skill. Ben then lead the team as a rookie to 13-0 and Bruce was amazed by the rookie talent he had seen.

Today I read about Carson Palmer and his life before being a NFL QB. Before he was a QB he was someone that had the hardest working mindset out there throughout all of his high school and collegiate career. That is what set him apart from other players in college.

Today I learned that it is a really special thing for a QB and a WR to have a great connection to each other. That is something that Larry Fitzgerald and Carson Palmer had. It ended up making each of them one of the best at their positions.

The author Bruce Arians appeals to pathos on page 110 by saying, "I always try to put each player on my team in the best position possible to be successful. This is what coaching is all about, but it's not always easy." This could get people interested with pathos because it appeals to emotion that all coaches love their players.

The most important thing for being an NFL quarterback according to the players is the strength and mental toughness. But according to coaches it is how they treat their teammates and if they can be a leader or not is what makes them a great QB.

Today I read about how Payton Manning was able to read defenses significantly better than the starting quarterback so he ended up getting the starting job and he ended up starting for the rest of his career and being one of the best QB's of all time.

Today I read about a kicker on texas a and m and he got turned into a quarterback by his coach. He ended up breaking school records within passing yards and so many more. Then he also got named SEC quarterback of the year. All because his coach changed him from a kicker to a QB.

Today I read about a player in the NFL that got a second chance, his name was Kelly. He got moved down to the league lower than the NFL then he played really good. So the colts gave him a second chance and he ended up leading them to the playoffs.

Something I learned today from reading this book was to make you better at your favorite sport you need to play as many sports as possible. It helps open up your body to being more flexible and learning new movements to help you in your best sport.

One thing I learned was that being an NFL quarterback is not all about arm strength and physicality level, its more about thinking and making the smarter plays.

Today I read mostly about Peyton Manning an his leadership skills on the football field. This relates well to me because I love to be a leader as well so this part of this book is really entertaining for me.

The author Bruce was struggling in college and he needed his girlfriend who lived a long ways away from him to be closer to him so he called her and proposed over the phone and she said yes. Then they were really young and not a lot of money and never asked their parents for any help, I thought this was a part that really caught my attention.

This chapter was about peyton manning and it taught me that it's okay to be nervous but get into your zone during a game and it will all go away. Play with a certain flow to yourself and you will play great.

Still talking about skills needed for the NFL and how good of a coach he has been throughout his career in the NFL.

One thing I learned in this book today as I was reading is all of the things it takes to be a really good quarterback in the NFL. You need grit, athleticism, quick and critical thinking, and a few more very important pieces if you want to be a successful QB in the NFL. As well as almost all good quarterbacks have good relationships with their coaches.

This book drew my attention because the title says he is the whisperer. I wanted to learn really what he is talking about when he says he is the quarter back whisperer. So far this book has been really attention grabbing telling me that he has not been the best child when he was younger.

Planning out bombs and how to work the IED. Every single person had a different ritual that they would do.

He gets fired from his job and gets sent off to Iraq right when he gets back. This book is starting to get good.

They had to do something with the bomb on the bridge and try to dismantle it but they knew they were coming.

This book is really starting to get interesting and it's hitting that spot where things are starting to spiral more.

The authors purpose is to keep the readers interested throughout the whole thing. There is always something very interesting going on to keep the reader invested that's why I think it is the author's purpose.

There are these suicide bombers and they wear these belts that have bombs in them. They went to the gas station and blew up their belt but the intention was for the tank to blow up like it would in a movie but it didn't, it was still a scary experience for some people.

This book is getting better there is always something going on in this book whether it's good or bad. He got to Iraq and he sent this email for approval 5 days before the covey and they never emailed him back until 4 hours after they left and they declined it.

They all went to the club and were having a great time. They could only do this on days when they were just about to leave for a big deployment and this was right before they got deployed for Iraq.
