I’ve been waiting so long for Frodo to get to Rivendell so I’m excited for the story to pick up from here, especially with the introduction of new key characters, (Legolas, Gimli and Boromir).

Goood, odd how its diary entries not basic fiction

So far so good. It was a slow start I have to admit, and then it got weirder, and weirder. It was like slowly descending into a puddle of madness in which I developed a mantra to keep myself from tearing my hands off of the pages and locking the book in a dark room. But, like all books, I stuck it out to give it a fair trial. It’s good, weird and so, so good. I found myself enjoying the characters, everything. :)
