Finished the Godzilla ‘54 portion of the book, and lowkey it’s a bit ass lol. Basically a speedrun of the movie plot but with worse characters and a minimal amount of Goji “screen time.”
No idea which version of the story came first, but apparently one character from the movie gets split into 2 here which is annoying. Also there’s multiple plot lines that are just useless. Serizawa’s still cool tho.
