I think the only things I dislike about the Rosen book so far:

1) her approach to evidence is scattershot; lots of numbers from self reported surveys and unrelated quotes to frame her rhetorical position, and

2) she is way more focused on the soft skill erosion and not nearly enough on how all of this technology can be abused to fuck us over.

It's limited as a tool of persuasion; those reading it already agree.
