Sam Hopkins realizes the cost of hanging out with thugs when they target Jennifer a troubled girl haunted by terrifying visions. Instead of joining in with them Sam defends her breaking away from the gang and risking his life. His choice sparks an unlikely bond with Jennifer whose terrifying visions may be more than delusions. He almost got hit by the train when he was running on those train tracks, but managed to make it to the other side. He was thinking that maybe it wasn't a bad idea to get hit by the 3 boys from his school. He felt that he had lost them, but a few minutes later, he heard a loud car chasing him, which turned out to be the three boys. They ended up grabbing him and put him in the back seat.

Sam is a sixteen-year-old boy in high school. His dream is to become a track runner, he is one of the fastest people in his school.. While on a runner at night, he tripped he knew that it wasn't his foot since he never fell he looked up and saw 3 boys from his high school. He ended up hitting one of them, which made him escape and run through the train tracks where the train was coming, and he almost got hit.
