I could stay up for hours finishing this book. The story telling is so well done. Sure some moments are hard and you may need to take a step away or a breather but I always find myself craving more.

12 chapters. It took 12 chapters to finally figure out what was going on at this enchanted cottage. But once you figure it out the book spontaneously speeds up. Honestly the first 12 chapters were kind of dreadful with how slow it was. I understand world building or building suspense or whatever the author was trying to do but I don’t think it was necessary.

I am so confused….

This is such a quick read. I love how fast paced it is. The mystery between both characters keeps you wanting more and learning more with every chapter. As someone with a similar background as the fmc it can be a bit triggering listening to the detail of her trauma but also something that I can sympathize with and understand in a deeper sense.

Not bad. He goes into a ton of detail about past struggles and really setting the scene for why it is important to forgive others. It is kind of long and drawn out to the point where I just want to stop and skip to chapter 2.

Love this book. Still confused on some things. How does this book connect to ACOTAR? I always feel like Danika and the pack is going to come back so how. Is Hunt dead?
