Nearly done with this book...it's way better than I anticipated. And now I may need more ✨ back in my life...my teenage Wiccan self is smiling.

This is a demanding book to get through. Every paragraph seems to need mental digestion, yet I keep falling into it bite by bite. Gray transports to a wholly twisted and pensive world.

The illustrations in this book are super cool so far! Very excited to dive in!

This novel is super fun! Giving me cozy RPG coffee vibesssss!

My heart cannot take this level of 'zombie' drama! On the edge of my seat! Also, love the relationships in this one. Claire and Dorian's relationship has deepend beautifully and we have a bunch of new characters, which rocks! Please please please 🙏 don't kill all them off! 😭 😭😭😭

Nearing the end...Book 5 is slow going. Hopefully Martin is setting up for some good plot down the line.

Just started book 4 (A Feast for Crows) I'm getting through it a lot slower now because of school. Also there is the danger of saying to myself "only one chapter" and then reading until 4am... I am past the show plot now, which is what I wanted. 3 long books in one month! Not to shabby!

Almost halfway through the first 5 books of this series. I am thoroughly enveloped into the world that Martin has created, he keeps me on the edge of my god damn seat. Presently, I am freaking out because he killed off not 1, but 3 main characters! Dare I read more? Yes, I can't stop. Holy shit.

My eyes may be blurring, my butt may be numb, but I will carry on. Winterfell!

I think I'm nearing the end of the 1st book. I'm getting nervous because yes I have seen the show and I don't think I can handle "that" again. Dammit Ned.

It's snow-storming outside my window, and I have 3 weeks off. I am banning the television for my beloved books. I have been wanting to read this series for a while now. I am normally a "real" book reader, but I gave in to quick kindle convenience. One minor weirdness is the replacement of page number with percentage. Since it is such a large collection, I have no idea how far I am in into a single book.
