looking at the tws i'm not expecting anything too interesting to come from the forbidden relationship dynamic in terms of psychological introspection but i could be wrong. will probably dnf but im gonna give it a try!

i'm really intrigued by the choices of extreme media by irina that are reflective of her mental and social state in the narrative. they all serve a purpose and are nice little breadcrumbs for people who are into extreme media that really add to the narrative. im super interested to see how deeper this will go as people say it gets violent

so i was a little wrong about the idea of there not being the big bad old woman hag trope, but i think its done in such a way here that's not like barbarian or old and kind of tasteful

i do really enjoy the subversion of the "old scary hag" trope we see in a lot of horror that is happening so far in chapter 14. i know that it's probably going to come into play but im really enjoying that
