This is cute and funny, easy to read. Especially after the heavy content I have been consuming lately. It’s a bit silly but I don’t mind… Ricki is relatable but also a bit annoying…

I find it extremely weird how Agatha grown ass is spying on these young girls, and hooking up with Millie! If they had met in any other way the age gap wouldn’t be as triggering but this girl attends the school you work at. Student or not it’s really weird. The power play grosses me out. I wish Millie had more self esteem.

I find it really hard to believe that Kennedy broke a dogs neck by closing her car door with her hip. It just seems so unlikely, and for the dog to DIE I mean an injury would make sense. This was a full grown dog 🤔

OMG Millie just kissed Agatha?!! Like where did that even come from?!! Millie is a shy little Angel. I really am shocked 😳

The Agatha and Robin storyline is getting interesting. I would be pissed too if my partner expected me to pay for EVERYTHING even after they accepted a high paying job. Robin get it together!

This book is a bit all over the place but I do find the main character Millie a bit relatable. Her awkwardness and people pleasing tendencies seem like a recipe for disaster at the predominantly white university she is attending in Arkansas.

Did she really just skim over her SA like that? That incident deserves a few more chapters. I’m feeling triggered 😩

Coral is really spiraling. Pretending to be her dead brother is WILD. Creating an online page for him and answering all his texts like he still is alive is beyond me…

This book has some really beautiful moments and some really confusing moments. I love how she describes the relationship between her and her niece.

Intensely sad.
