This is one of the best memoirs I've ever listened to so far. What an absolute ride, for better and worse, this has been.

This is fine but having already seen the HBO series back in 2019, this feels laid out way worse and all over the place.

When is Arnold gonna show up and start quipping? This is so much slower than the movie. It's not bad, but man we need to pick it up.

Due to certain content that it is hitting too close to home right now, we're gonna have to shelve this one for a bit. I did not expect to be triggered by the rabies dog book but here we are.

Oh no, this is "Stephen King is padding a much shorter story with fluff" as opposed to a gripping narrative. This is gonna be a long one.

Made it through the first novella of the story and this is gonna be a rough one content wise. But King's storytelling is unparalleled and I'm already invested in all of these characters. I've also never seen the movie so I'm going in completely blind (aside from the "I'm tired boss" GIF I regularly send at work).

What is this about?!

I know we are supposed to not really know what is going on at the beginning but I have no idea what is going on at the beginning.

While it isn't dishing a lot of behind the scenes horribleness like that Nickelodeon documentary, there is still enough DRAMA to satiate the messy bitch that I am.

It's very interesting to listen to this immediately after Hulk Hogan's passing. While there isn't a lot of new information, I am still enjoying getting the difference perspectives on the NWO.

Is this another BookTok recommendation that is ultimately not really about anything? Another "MOST DISTURBING BOOK YOU'LL EVER READ" book that so far is just OK?

What if, and hear me out, we all just become vegetarian instead?

Remember when I accidentally listened to the abridged version and thought I was missing out? I was, but it was also saving me 20+ hours.

This is a great listen so far and I'm learning a lot about the behind the scenes workings of WWE. I'm currently learning about the Katie Vick angle. IYKYK

These chapters on WCW 2000 have been pure GOLD

We are now entering into WCW in 1999...

I'm well-versed in the demise of WCW but I'm still learning quite a bit from this book. Plus, I enjoy Bryan Alvarez so having him narrate has been a real treat.

We in the home stretch now.

Everything was beautiful and nothing hurt.

What started out fun has now begun to wear thin. It feels like I'm listening to a DnD Let's Play podcast by one person.

I am currently unstuck in time.
