Ugh. I need to vent if I’m to carry on with this series. 23% 162 pages and this book feels like it’s running in place. The ENDLESS inner monologue and RELENTLESS dialogue of why can’t we all just get along is so incongruous in a story where literally every single family group country species etc hate everyone else. It feels like the author doesn’t know where to go with the story.
