Yeah. Leo is TOTALLY in love with Wren, and he is TOTALLY the orange guy. Wren is who Maggie and Archer were telling Leo he needed to get over, and Wren is ALSO the new guy, not that Maggie, Archer, or Leo know that. That's also why the author didn't have Wren tell Leo he was sick; Leo would have connected the dots and realized Wren is his anonymous buddy.

I know, because I GUARANTEE you whoever it is Wren falls in love with on the Buddy app is Leo, and its seeming like it's going to be orange. Or, I suppose orange could be the segway to someone else. To warm him up to the app. Hmmm. Whatever. Whoever he falls in love with is Leo, for sure.
