I recently had two abdominal surgical procedures and was given massive doses of 4 antibiotics. This caused (amongst other problems) reduced liver function and some blockage of the bile ducts resulting in jaundice and hives. This book was recommended to me and I have been trying a couple of the recommended herbal remedies for the past few weeks with good steady progress.
