the constant switch between joy because I understand what he is saying and then the absolute horror because I understand what he is saying

one chapter in and my head hurts

it has finally started to become somewhat interesting

wdym dr Frankenstein was in MY CITY and called it UGLY 🥀💔

so far it feels like this book has been about 10% monster, 30% mr viktor frankenstein's moodswings, and 60% appreciation of nature (especially the swiss alps) lol

anyways now the monster is going to tell his story and im quite curious (though i am already on his side)

i expected the actual creating/building would be emphasized more and be longer, but it was just quite quickly mentioned which surprised me. but anyways, the action is back and the story is exciting so im curious for the coming volumes :)

the witch stories were so much fun lol

odd to see star-college students discuss about Greek cases (nom/gen/dat/acc/abl/voc), which is something I was taught at 12/13 years old in my Dutch secondary school but I'm sure it sounds profoundly academic to people who never studied Greek/Latin (& non-Germans of course)

anti-capitalism in the form of cheesy romantasy?,,,, i mean i can get behind it

fun and all but so far it feels like a very long introduction to a story that has not started yet
