I matter what happens, this book is losing a star for starting me at the preface.

The preface in which the author absolved herself of any mistakes in her writing.

Jesus.

Oh hell no.

For some reason I thought this was shorter.

Pacing so slow

I feel like I haven’t learned much about this species despite this!

Well now that they’re fucking, it’s just so uninteresting.

Dude

Getting very intrigued, I simply must know more!

Heeeere we go. Hitting my stride.

God I can’t wait to be done with this.
It’s not the worst YA I’ve read but Lara Jean is so not the cool girl that Lana Condor made her into in the film adaptation. Also the film was just..so much fucking better. Jesus Christ.

Dude WHAT is happening 😂

“What’s a boner between friends?”

Eeee…this might not be the Elle Kennedy book for me. I’m trying to give Davenport the benefit of the doubt but tbh I’m kind of icked out rn

I wanted to love Hunter when I finally read his book and I don’t 🥲

I’m grateful this is dual POV since there’s not going to be any conversations 😂😂

Jesus, what is this?

Oh shit

It’s time!!

Ok. The movie was better because Lara Jean didn’t make me roll my eyes nearly as much as she does in the book. Also, book Lara Jean is exceedingly judgmental and a goddamn square to boot! Book Peter is also not my favorite, he’s kind of a dick.

This chapter was a PSA for seatbelts.

The writing is so palatable, thank God.

So far it’s a little over the top tbh
