I like the book.-the 3 takeaways are physical preparation, voice and play a character. There is a lot of information to learn but for me those were the top three.

Cooljoe815 is reading Michael Jordan: The Life
I was really disappointed because i rhought this will break new ground regarding a kegend and if anything add psychological or philosophical insights into his accomplishments.
Is 600+ pages of information most people read or heard about.
At the end of the book like so many icons Jordan comes across as a bully, selfish and hedonistic dad man. God grace him with almost out of this world talent but his Hall of Fame.

Is a very interesting books and it has me focus on my financial life which I sometimes ignore. I love how it trashes the financial institutions that says I will take care of you and they kill you with fees and BS. my takeaway so far is that investment means income later in your life and you have to plan your life to maximize your position so you could reap the rewards of your work.

Cooljoe815 is reading Switch: How to Change Things When Change Is Hard
Really like the book - my takeaway and there are 3 -are atach your identity to your change , if you accomplish the goal it will validate your identity. Also, engage the rider(rational) w/clarity and specific instructions and engage the elephant w/emotion-be angry. Be excited, attach a strong emotion to the goal even fear will work. And the last takeaway is shrink the change - the tiniest step accom
