Currently unsure about this. I am definitely not the target audience but Star Wars is Star Wars

Quicker-paced than its predecessor. Enjoying the story a bit more and am a big fan of Roanhorse’s prose despite initially wanting Freed for the whole trilogy.

Did not expect a Star Wars version of a Luna Snow or Dazzler-esque character (particularly in this trilogy) and I am pleasantly surprised at how compelling that plot thread is shaping up to be!

“I don’t know. Anakin doesn’t talk to me anymore” from R2 made me physically ill lowkey

“I am not blind, Padme. Though I have tried to be, for Anakin's sake. And for yours. Anakin has loved you since the day you met, in that horrible junk shop on Tatooine. He's never even tried to hide it, though we do not speak of it. We... pretend that I don't know. And I was happy to, because it made him happy. You made him happy, when nothing else ever truly could." I am gonna throw up oh my lord dude

The fact that Obi-Wan knew about Anakin and Padmé all along but kept it to himself because he wanted Anakin to be happy is truly one of the most tragic aspects of this story.

Listening to Audible Audiobook. Already can tell that this one is next-level.
