OK, I finally started the chapter where they fast forwarded to present day. It only took getting to 89% of the book 🎉 🙄

I’m still stuck on this backstory. I really hope it leads somewhere that completely ties everything all together.

I’m a sucker for details but damn this story is being stretched out!!! I don’t even know what happens yet, what this man’s BS reason for giving Sophia a son is… But I already know that this shit could’ve been 200 pages long. AT MOST.

I’m really liking this backstory, but I feel like we’re starting to teeter on stretching things out. Hopefully all this backstory doesn’t last any longer than another chapter or two max.
Tahlis constant push and pull and way of flirting reminds me of myself lol. I feel like men are attracted to that, but it’s not necessarily always a good thing.

OMG I can’t get over their first day and first phone call! I know, I know, very toxic when you really look at it. I just can’t help but smile so hard though.

Damn, they got a lot of song references in this damn book LMAO. All of those song choices are eating though.😝😍

Beautifully written so far. My only qualm thus far would be that there have been a few times where I don’t know who a character is or who’s talking because it’s not said until a few notes later when it would have been better placed at the start of the conversation or at very least sooner.

I hate how there’s so many characters to remember 😩 but im pushing all that aside since the plot has been really interesting thus far!
