Wow, I was rooting for Sergei, we were ALL rooting for Sergei. Ugh the writing is so beautiful, I was falling in love with Varenka too. I’m completely obsessed with the Kitty/Konstantin married life from an outsider POV that we’ve got going on.

At this point in the book, I think I only care about Levin’s story, fatigue is setting in for me with Anna and Vronsky. Maybe it’s intentional that I feel this inescapable dread now when reading Anna’s story (and it’s been that way for like 100ish pages), knowing how her story ends.
