I'm kinda in a reading slump, that's why it's taking me so long to finish this

I love bethany's and owen's friendship. It's adorable seeing them worry about eachother when the other gets hurt wether mentally or physically. It was the same with kiel in the second book too, I loved reading about the three's dynamic. I'm a bit sad that Kiel isn't in this book, at least not yet I think

What a plot twist. It was forshadowed in the very beginning too, I'm surprised I hadn't seen it coming

Bethany crashing out and kiel making it worse by being so calm about what's happening is hilarious🤣 I forgot how much fun this book was, I'm having such a blast!

I'm rereading this bc I finally got the whole series in my hands. The first time I read this was 4 years ago, and although I don't remember a lot of what happened, I do remember really liking it after I finished. I'm a hundred pages in this reread and I like it just as much as I did back then.

Sometimes I feel like the characters don't have the right reactions or emotions when it comes to certain situations

The male main character uses the word "freak/freaking" as a way of swearing a LOT, it drives me up the walls
