Reading this book whilst having circulation problems is so fun. Like wow I too feel an unbearably cold chill.

Chapter 5 confused me. I thought he was at church. Turns out he’s in the bath. And thinking a lot about his penis. Not sure where I got so lost.

This girl would love Lee Holloway from Secretary. They’d get along so well I feel it in my bones.

Chapter 4 is so good. I don’t get how one critic says it’s about Economics and the other says Mythology. I don’t think I could name two more unrelated fields but here we are!

Love starting my morning reading about a man intentionally killing Afghan hounds. Good morning world.

Chapter 3 is so funny. Like yeah that is exactly what I imagine a boys inner monologue must sound like when he’s at the beach watching a dog piss on the rocks.

Chapter 2 done. I need to brush up on my Greeks more.

so sad contemporary poetry gets such a bad rep. this stuff is so genius.
