Wow. I hate boxing. Yet, after reading this book I feel like I understand it better now. Not that I'm going to become a fan but the author did such a great job of presenting not only boxing,(actually it really wasn't only about boxing) it was about the relationships this young boy had throughout his life. This is what the story is really about. The author has a way with words and so glad I read.

Had to return to library. Still waiting to get it back!
