Beginning Book 50/50 of my reading challenge! I am so glad I finished off my challenge with this series and while I’m dying to know how the story ends …. I’m not ready for it to end!

OMG I was so confused why so much time was being given to what I thought was a completely random plot point only to discover THE PLOT TWIST that was AHHHHHHHHHH

I normally don’t do progress notes but, guh I’m loving this so much. The stakes are getting higher, new character POVs, a second romance plot line. Very 3D characters. Glimpses into Slade’s past that are written with so much innocence I want to cry. Auren is in her broken down and rebuilding and training stage. LOVE & TEARS

Due to poor planning my TBR is all out of order and I’ve read two Book 1s of series I didn’t have the rest of the books of. And I am militantly going after my goal this year so here we are! I have been waiting to sink my teeth into this one!
