I have to admit that I’m addicted to Freida’s books, and I’ve read more than 10 so far. The Surrogate Mother had been on my list for a long time, so I’m happy I finally got to read it! It’s one of her older books and not as well known. However, the story has Freida’s signature touch right from the beginning. The ending isn’t as shocking as in her other books, but it still makes you wonder “what if?”
