Didn't want to take a break from Inheritance but I've been waiting on this library hold for ages

I... do not really care for Ax and giving him his own book has not improved my estimation 😕

I'm so excited and scared and I'm sorry to everyone who knows me for who I'm about to become 😌

theyve got ONE guy who reads batman audiobooks and hes back for this one, baybeeee

I'll give it more time but man I wanted to like this so much more than I think I do ☹️

little reread because the sequel just came out~

T.Kingfisher, you absolute lunatic, you've done it again
I love bug 🥲💕

Learned Edmund, huh?? The next White Rat side character we're doing is Learned Edmund??? I mean, okay. I trust you with my life T. Kingfisher but HMM

Hey, that's my friend Carn!! (I have no concrete memories is this boy, just fond feelings 😅)

the debt is around 2k usd
woof a heavy opening

I know that Roran's story is ostensibly important, but I just don't care enough right now?? I mean, come on, we're doing dragon and magic training in the other storyline!! why am I spending time with the tiny country village that has neither magic nor dragons???????

Angela my beloved

"Everything about me is turning hard, he thought dryly"

come on, now

I finished a draft, I'm in a period of refilling and rejuvenating
I'm gonna treat myself
The last time I read these books was on cassette tape!!! so I'm old 🫠

FINALLY *fire elmo meme*

I can't believe how much book is still left

I needed this, man. I needed a Batman mystery, and I needed a Babs cameo. I'm *energized* about it again.

Babs~~~

well well well, if it isn't Dicholas Grayson

trying to get myself back into superheroes 🙃

A little palette cleanser

I'm not not enjoying it, and Serkis is killing it of course, but I don't know that thus far any change for the movies has been a "bad" change
I'm certain I'll be good with reading it once and only once and then continuing to just watch the extended editions

Would you believe I've never actually read these books? I've seen the movies one million times each but never actually read the books 🤷‍♀️

i mean, i'm pretty sure i know who did it

decided I wanted to reread. I read once, and I've watched the BBC miniseries a million times, and I want to get a sense how obviously manipulative Lucy is in the book because I can't remember

I don't want it to be over 😭

Brutal to read about the state altering media and propaganda basically as it's happening 🫠

Lot of things seem obvious to me but I'm not not enjoying it 🤷‍♀️

I read the first book when it came out. I REREAD the first book last summer because I wanted a refresher. I'm FINALLY reading the sequel. I LOVED the first book so much, I'm such a bad fan, I'm ashamed for waiting so long (part of the problem was that I assumed I'd bought the audiobook but I didn't so when I was looking for my next listen it wasn't in my library to remind me lol oops)
