Norwood stage 3 beating his ass rn

I'm ctfu at horatio being a neurotic little freak, i've only read the later books like the midshipman/lt one + the commodore one . seeing him Like That in his first appearance is hilarious, he's been like THAT since the beginning

riffing on horatio for being too conscious about himself knowing i would doe the same at his age... no man wants to be bald i get it bro

Hmm it was much more interesting than I thought, mollie w the book really picked it up for me. while i disagree with a lot of the choices turtledove took with the characters (especially lee) it was a fun read. I think I just miss reading turtledove books tbh

how racist do you have to be for a confederate character to go damn thats kinda overkill 😭😭😭😭😭

i haven't read turtledove since i was like, 13 reading road not taken/worldwar. i miss this guy's bs alt history books lmao

this has been on my tbr for the better part of a year and a half, i honestly expected more. it's a solid 3 i guess, just average

Free veronica from the authors shackles. I hate forced attraction and romance in books, they have deadass known each other for a day. Don't piss me off bruh
