I’ve only just read the prologue and again I am floored
Allison Saft is my QUEEN she has captured the exact essence of every single tinkerbell movie and if you ever read this prologue you’ll know what I mean like I read it and I hear queen clarion and the music at the start of a fairies movie and it’s glorious

the way she wrote the dual POVs is interesting to me
why spoil the murder at the very beginning? is it cause the trafficking ring and the mystery surrounding it creates the tension for itself even barring the murder aspect?

My problem with Jace: he has all the qualities you want in a yucky swoon-worthy YA male lead, and none of the communication. Let’s take Rhysand - he would have all these qualities and still tell Feyre EVERYTHING. That is what makes Jace annoying. He is a child, and you can tell. Like all these “amazing” lines he has are ruined by his erratic lack of communication. Yuck.
