Listening on audio book - this is a great look at personal possessions and what it means to own them and feel connected to them. It covers decades of behavioral research and cases about hoarders and the various reasons why they can’t let go of objects - ocd, trauma, avoidance issues, self identity, empathy, genetics/evolution, etc. It’s been really interesting!

I am loving this! So far it is a perfect blend of mystery, with nostalgia/romance of a wedding, and eerie Irish history. The storytelling style is a real page turner. Even if the mystery ends up being lame, the world & characters created has been worth the read.
