I DNF this book. The characters were annoying. I’ve ready many mafia books so I assumed it would be spicy and anything else that you would see in a book about the mafia, but I also thought there would be some Christmas in it. Maybe there is after 39% but I just wasn’t enjoying it enough to find out.

I very rarely fail to finish a book, even when I don't really like it. This was an exception. I only made it four chapters before deciding I couldn't read any further. The characters seem to talk awkwardly to each other and to/about themselves.

I honestly can't even finish this book. I don't quit a book easily, but I am 15% into this one and can't find myself wanting to go any further.
